What is involved in getting the Wa2! system installed?
The WA-2! unit is installed by a qualified WA-2! technician. The process usually takes one hour to complete and consists of tapping into a cold water line and routing the water to the filtration system. An NSF/CSA certified water line connects the filter system to the water cooler. The water cooler does not have to be placed beside the filtration system. WA-2! provides custom installations to fit your aesthetic requirements.

How often does WA-2! change the filters on the filtration system?
A WA-2! technician will service the system every six months. At this time the filters will be changed and the entire system and exterior will be sanitized. All components will be inspected to ensure the integrity of the system is maintained. All costs associated with maintenance are included in the low monthly rental charges.
