Recommended for customers who:

  • Want the minerals retained in their drinking water.
  • Want water free from bacteria and cysts.
  • Want peace of mind during times of turbid water.

WA-2!’s premium water system for those wanting the latest technology in the filtration world.

MicroGuard offers excellent protection from contaminants in our water and removes unwanted taste and odor. The MicroGuard system is specifically designed to remove giardia and cryptosporidium while retaining mineral content.

Here’s how.

Water is filtered three times before being consumed. Firstly, we remove sediment, sand and silt using a particle filter. Next, we capture tiny microorganisms such as cysts and bacteria using a specialized 0.2 micron absolute pleated filter and finally, the chlorine, taste and odor is removed with a high quality carbon block. The dissolved minerals are retained for your benefit.

A WA-2! technician will install your MicroGuard system in less than 2 hours. It can be placed anywhere for convenient access and can accommodate multiple coolers.

At work or at home, the system is installed close to a water source, with the dispensing cooler placed up to 300 feet away. A CSA approved water line - similar to a computer line and hidden to the eye - links the MicroGuard system to the cooler.
